lessons from a $26 brunch

T-41 DAYS until my departure to Vanuatu. As the time passes by, quicker and quicker each day, I keep thinking about things I am going to miss once I leave America. Most of these items being food (AFTER FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF COURSE), such as but not limited to: macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, cheese, and ice cream, of course. However, today I discovered one thing that I will absolutely not miss about America–the $26 brunch.
Although I really shouldn’t be so spendthrift as I prepare to leave, I had a wonderful time at brunch with a beautiful friend. Good moments > $$. Being able to spend time with people I’m going to miss is my priority at the moment, so truly, brunch was absolutely worth the $26 dollars.
